Leroy Halterman, President/Secretary Treasurer
Mr. Halterman provides broad experience in various aspects of oil, gas, coal, and mineral investigations, and evaluations, surface and ground water investigations and evaluations, as well as environmental site assessments. He has more than Thirty-five years experience and twenty-five years of management experience in these fields including the administration of multimillion-dollar budgets and the related large staffs. Recently, he has been concentrating on oil and gas exploration and development, natural resource appraisals, which include environmental assessments, hydrology investigations, and damage calculations.
In addition to consulting, an emphasis has been directed to all aspects of natural resource appraisals, and damage calculations, both of which included environmental evaluations and site assessments. Environmental problems and potential problems encompassed in these type of assessments included hazardous material and chemicals located in abandoned dumps, mills, mines and other structures, ground and surface water contamination and pathways, USTs and ASTs, kinetic and structural hazards, unstable surfaces, induced erosion problems, and explosives.
Mr. Halterman holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Missouri School of Mines. He is also a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
Kenneth A. Cabianca, Director
Since 1983, Mr. Cabianca has been an independent businessman and a management consultant of various companies. Many of his activities have been conducted through his company, Wellington Financial Corporation. During the past two years, he has not served as an officer or director of any company, other than Brinx Resources Ltd.
