About Brinx

Brinx Resources, Ltd. is a production and exploration company focused on developing oil and gas resources both in the United States and internationally. The Company is currently producing oil and gas in both Oklahoma and Mississippi.

In 2009, due to the drop in domestic drilling and completion costs within the oil and gas sector, Brinx resumed its aggressive exploration activities. Success in various programs combined with sales from previous programs has allowed the Company to participate in additional exploration and drilling activity.
At present, the Company is producing both oil and gas from several well locations. Moreover, the company has already identified numerous potential well locations in its Oklahoma and Mississippi projects giving Brinx ample locations to drill in 2010 in order to continue building the company.

The Company's current focus is on the continued production, exploration, and development of its present land portfolio (as described in the "Projects" section). Beyond these projects Brinx continues to seek to further expand its portfolio to include additional interests in North America and internationally. The Company has sufficient cash reserves that will allow for both continued development of existing projects as well as expansion into new prospects. The Company remains committed to actively develop and grow the Company by ensuring its profitability and subsequent value for its shareholders.
