Leroy Halterman
Position: President/Secretary Treasurer

Mr. Halterman provides broad experience in various aspects of oil, gas, coal, and mineral investigations, and evaluations, surface and ground water investigations and evaluations, as well as environmental site assessments. He has more than Forty-one years experience and thirty years of management experience in these fields including the administration of multimillion-dollar budgets and the related large staffs. During the past twenty-five years he has been concentrating on oil and gas exploration as well as other energy related projects.

Mr. Halterman holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Missouri School of Mines. He is also a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologist and the Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration. He is also a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Association of Professional Geologist and Registered Geologist in the State of Wyoming.

Kulwant Sandher
Position: CFO

Kulwant Sandher is a Chartered Accountant with 14 years experience in finance and operational management, in both England and Canadian jurisdictions. Mr. Sandher was appointed as President and Chief Financial Officer of Turner Valley Oil & Gas in August 2004 and continues to serve in these positions. From April 2006 to the present, Mr. Sandher has acted as Chief Financial Officer and as a member of the board of directors of The Stallion Group. From May 2004 to March 2006, Mr. Sandher served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Marketrend Interactive Inc. Mr. Sander also acted as Chief Financial Officer of Serebra Learning Corporation, a public company on the TSX VE. Mr. Sandher was appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer in 2009.

 
Kenneth A. Cabianca, Director
Position: Director

Since 1983, Mr. Cabianca has been an independent businessman and a management consultant of various companies. Many of his activities have been conducted through his company, Wellington Financial Corporation. During the past two years, he has not served as an officer or director of any company, other than Brinx Resources Ltd.
